Pro Pdf Prime provides a collection of free, client-side online utilities ("Tools") for working with PDF documents and images, as well as an informational blog. Our current suite of tools includes, but is not limited to:

• Image to PDF Converter: A tool to convert various image formats into a single PDF document.
• Merge PDF Tool: A tool to combine multiple PDF files into one, with options to select specific pages.
• Split PDF Tool: A tool to extract specific pages from a PDF file to create a new, smaller PDF.

The term "client-side" is central to our Service and means that all file processing is performed locally in your web browser, on your own computer or device. As detailed in our Privacy Policy, at no point are your files uploaded, transferred, viewed, or stored on our servers. The Service is offered to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without any warranty or guarantee of performance, availability, or results. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice or liability.

2. Acceptable Use and User Conduct

You are solely and entirely responsible for the data and files ("Content") you process using our Service. As we have no access to your files, we have no responsibility for their content. By using the Service, you agree that you will not use it for any purpose that is illegal, unlawful, or prohibited by these Terms. • Constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk email ("spamming").

Because our process is client-side, your content never resides on our systems, further ensuring you are the sole owner and custodian.

Our Service: All content and materials available on the Pro Pdf Prime website, including but not limited to text, articles on our blog, graphics, website name, code, user interface, images, and logos ("Our Content"), are the intellectual property of Pro Pdf Prime and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property law. Any inappropriate use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display, or transmission of any of Our Content on this site is strictly prohibited, unless specifically authorized by us in writing.
